Executive Steward

The Executive Steward leads the Stewarding Department to ensure all kitchen, banquet, and food and beverage areas have clean, sanitized equipment and supplies. This role involves overseeing ware requisitions, coordinating the safe transportation of food and equipment, and managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and cost control. The position requires maintaining high standards of sanitation, safety, and organization while supporting event setup and breakdown.
