Executive / Supervisor

The Executive / Supervisor role is responsible for the operation of process equipment such as reactors, filters, distillation columns, and pumps within the Tech Transfer department. The position involves running and monitoring process parameters according to standard operating procedures while ensuring safety and housekeeping on the shop floor. This role requires coordination with QC, R&D, and production teams to support trials, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
