Executive Surety Underwriter Production

UFG is seeking an Executive Surety Underwriter to build and maintain a profitable mix of surety business by developing strong relationships with the agency force and independently underwriting complex submissions. The role involves evaluating risks, reviewing accounts exceeding individual authority, and conducting regular agency visits to assess growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will reside in North Carolina or South Carolina and will mentor other underwriters while managing a book of contract surety business.
