Ruder Finn’s 16-week paid Executive Training (ET) Program provides recent graduates a full-time, immersive introduction to agency life, offering exposure to client work across sectors and learning opportunities with agency leaders. The program runs from early/mid-June through the end of September and includes workshops, lunch & learn sessions, and hands-on projects.
