Executive Underwriter

The Executive Underwriter will grow and develop a book of complex construction-focused inland marine risks, applying deep technical judgment and data-driven analysis to evaluate project exposures and determine appropriate coverage, terms, and pricing. This role involves building profitable relationships with brokers and clients, managing portfolio performance, and collaborating with internal experts to address complex construction risks. The position also requires mentoring talent and driving underwriting excellence through cross-functional initiatives.
