Exercise Physiologist – Cardiac Rehab

This part-time, as-needed role involves developing and implementing individualized exercise programs for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients. The position requires monitoring patient vital signs and ECGs during exercise sessions while providing education on risk factors and lifestyle changes. The role is based in Arlington Heights with rotation to Kildeer, operating on a flexible schedule between 6 am and 7 pm without weekends or holidays.
