Expediter

This role involves maintaining high standards of service by cleaning and setting up tables, efficiently delivering food from the kitchen, and ensuring guest tables are consistently maintained. The position requires acting as a liaison between service staff and the kitchen to manage food information, special requests, and timing. Additional duties include setting up and closing the expediting station, polishing silverware and glassware, and assisting with table preparations.
