The PEAK Initiative is a Milwaukee, WI-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring out the limitless potential in young leaders through extraordinary experiences and nurturing relationships. It offers experience-based leadership development programs — including a summer camp (Lake Valley Camp), after-school, and weekend offerings — for youth ages 7 through adulthood, grounded in social-emotional learning and experiential education. PEAK partners with families, schools, and community organizations to foster character development, confidence, and long-term growth in young people.
