Expeditor

This position is responsible for the execution and accurate, timely delivery of menu items while managing and maintaining server and expeditor areas in the kitchen. The role ensures final plating and dressing of all menu items uphold brand standards while providing a warm, caring, and sincere approach to meet the needs of each customer and employee. The expeditor liaises between kitchen and service staff to coordinate efforts that exceed guest expectations during high-volume business times.
