Expeditor

The Expeditor monitors, prioritizes, and accelerates the flow of late, high-priority, and special-attention jobs through the optical lab to ensure service commitments are met. This role partners with Operations, Customer Service, and Quality teams to resolve service-impacting issues, support customer escalations, and provide operational insights that reduce recurring delays and improve workflow performance. The position involves tracking job statuses, investigating root causes for delays, and managing requests to ensure timely resolution and systemic service improvements.
