Expense & Purchasing Coordinator

The Expense & Purchasing Coordinator oversees the church’s expense cycle, managing purchase requests, approvals, payments, and documentation. This role ensures accurate coding, timely payments, and compliance with policies while supporting vendor administration, expense reporting, and bookkeeping coordination. The coordinator works closely with ministries, staff, and the Operations Pastor to maintain financial controls and resolve discrepancies.
