Experience Guide Lead

The Experience Guide Lead provides leadership and mentorship to the Experience Guide team while ensuring the facility runs seamlessly and serves as the acting manager in the absence of other management. This role involves leading by example in sales and guest service, resolving guest concerns, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment. The position requires developing efficient work schedules, providing ongoing coaching, and collaborating with leadership to drive improvements and support facility needs.
