Experienced Product Owner

The Experienced Product Owner serves as the subject-matter expert and decision-maker for the Workday Talent & Performance module, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle across a multi-PortCo environment. This hands-on role involves driving adoption, managing the release roadmap, and acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders. The position requires deep functional expertise in Workday configuration, stakeholder management, and continuous innovation to extract maximum value from the platform.
