Experienced Product Owner

The Experienced Product Owner serves as the subject-matter expert and decision-maker for the US Payroll & Benefits Workday module, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and design through configuration and optimization. This hands-on role involves managing the release roadmap, driving user adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and stakeholders across multiple portfolio companies. The position requires deep functional expertise in Workday configuration, stakeholder management, and continuous innovation within the HR technology landscape.
