Experienced Production Operator - Extrusion

This role involves assisting with the operation and monitoring of extrusion and converting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers a structured training program to develop technical skills and progress to a Production Operator role within approximately 12 months. Candidates will work alongside experienced Operators to learn machine setup, quality inspections, and troubleshooting processes.
