Experienced Sales Associate

The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards expected by America’s Largest Automotive Retailer. The role involves providing an exceptional customer experience, exceeding established automotive sales and customer service goals, and utilizing best-in-class tools to support customers' needs. Associates are empowered to realize their earning potential through a competitive commission pay plan and access to a national inventory of vehicles.
