Experienced Support Workers – Nelson Region

Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking experienced support workers for permanent placements in the Nelson and Tasman regions. The role involves supporting individuals with diverse needs, including intellectual disabilities and autism, to achieve personal goals and engage with their community. Support workers will work on a rotating roster that includes nights and weekends, with contracted hours ranging from 32 to 40 per week.
