About this role

An Expert-Level GEOINT Integrator leads enterprise transformation initiatives by bridging mission needs with technical execution across the full Systems Engineering lifecycle. The role involves performing architecture gap analyses, conducting engineering assessments, and driving modernization efforts for geospatial intelligence mission systems. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic investment decisions and lead integration projects from planning through transition to operations.

Responsibilities

Perform architecture gap analyses and develop future state enterprise architectures
Conduct engineering analyses to inform mission and IT capability investment decisions
Lead end-to-end integration projects between NGA and mission partners
Capture and translate mission needs into technical requirements and solution recommendations
Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and cross-organizational collaboration

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related STEM fieldActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraphScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
