About this role

Veradigm is seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to serve as a senior individual contributor with broad ownership of the Workday HCM platform. This role involves administering core modules, managing system enhancements and releases, and providing expert solutions to business stakeholders. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to drive quality, stability, and continuous improvement across the HR technology environment.

Responsibilities

Administer core Workday HCM modules including Absence and Payroll
Lead functional analysis and design of system enhancements
Monitor release schedules and coordinate testing cycles
Resolve Tier 2 and 3 incidents and manage support tickets
Mentor junior consultants and maintain technical documentation
