About this role

Revau is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster for its RPMX division to investigate and resolve complex commercial liability and professional liability claims. Reporting to the division president, this role serves as a key liaison for brokers, partners, and insureds while maintaining expertise in both underwriting and claims management. The position requires managing large-scale files in accordance with policy terms and engaging in continuous industry education.

Responsibilities

Analyze and investigate complex commercial liability claims
Manage resolution of claims files per policy terms
Serve as primary contact for brokers and insureds
Collaborate with colleagues to deepen underwriting expertise
Participate in industry conferences and complete CE credits
