Exploration Manager

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Exploration Geologists and field staff to plan, implement, and supervise Greenfields and Brownfields Exploration programs across the Davyhurst Operations. The position focuses on delivering high-quality exploration outcomes, ensuring safe and efficient execution aligned with strategic growth objectives, and fostering a culture of open peer review and technical upskilling. The role requires close collaboration with the Resource Development team to advance prospects and convert resources in line with company strategy.
