Expo

This role is responsible for the final assembly and proper recipe presentation of all food products before they are delivered to guests. The position requires accurate reading of food tickets, calculating expedite times based on longest ticket times, and ensuring quality assurance through a working knowledge of food recipes and safety standards. The individual must maintain a clean and sanitary expo line, communicate effectively with managers and staff, and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
