Extended Day Teacher

The Extended Day Teacher works collaboratively with the lead Teacher and a team of Assistant Teachers to support a Head Start classroom, implementing a child‑centered curriculum that promotes social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. The role involves planning learning experiences, documenting progress, addressing challenging behaviors, and engaging families to foster a safe and healthy learning environment.
