External Affairs Operations – Coordinator

The External Affairs Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive operational, financial, project management, and administrative support across the Valley and Bay Divisions External Affairs teams. This role oversees operating budgets, coordinates projects, organizes information, and improves processes to support Government Affairs, Community Relations, Community Health, and sponsorships. The position partners with leaders and operations colleagues to gather data, manage initiatives, and develop clear reporting for organizational leadership.
