External Consultant for MHPSS Project SOPs

IOM Ireland seeks an external consultant to systematically review, harmonize, and develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) package for its Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) project. The role involves conducting gap analyses, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and creating implementation-ready documentation to ensure safe, ethical, and consistent service delivery for international protection applicants. The consultant will also deliver capacity-building training and provide post-training guidance to support the operationalization of the new SOPs.
