About this role
The External Operation Manager at Novartis is responsible for executing the sourcing and supply strategy for investigational medicinal products, comparators and other non-Novartis commercial drugs used in clinical trials across Global Clinical Supply. The role serves as the primary interface between external manufacturing partners (CMOs), internal functions and extended development stakeholders to sustain a fully outsourced supply model. The position is based in Schaftenau, Austria and offered in a hybrid working mode.
