Extruder Operator I

The Operator, Extruder 1 is a high-skill role responsible for setting up and operating extrusion lines, including nylon extruders, pay-offs, and take-ups, to manufacture building wire and cable. The position requires maintaining correct wire size, insulation thickness, and concentricity while adhering to strict safety and quality standards in a physically demanding environment. Employees will cross-train on various equipment within their workgroup and rotate to maintain skill proficiency.
