Extruder Operator Trainee

The Extruder Operator Trainee works as part of a team and independently to run and maintain extruder machines, producing quality window and door parts to customer specifications with minimal waste. This full-time, 8-hour position operates on the 2nd shift from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm, Monday through Friday, and frequently requires mandatory overtime. The role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment while meeting production targets and quality standards.
