PLASKOLITE
The Extrusion Lead I supports daily operations of the extrusion department, overseeing setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of extrusion lines to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. This role coordinates with production associates, maintenance, quality assurance, and supervision while participating in training, continuous improvement, and leadership development activities.
