Extrusion Machine Operator

This role involves setting up and operating extrusion machines while conducting quality checks to ensure finished materials meet specifications. The position requires daily coordination with planning and scheduling teams to forecast product needs and regular communication with maintenance and engineering to resolve machine performance issues. Candidates must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 30 lbs and frequently stand or walk during shifts.
