PLASKOLITE
The Extrusion Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the extrusion department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in alignment with manufacturing standards. This role provides direct supervision and leadership to extrusion leads and technicians while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position focuses on developing personnel, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence throughout the department.
