About this role

LMI seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements engineering, systems analysis, verification, and validation activities within the Navy's F-35 LogIT program. This role involves driving enterprise logistics modernization through stakeholder engagement, operational analysis, and managing complex engineering lifecycles in Agile and SAFe environments. The engineer will provide technical leadership to government stakeholders and contractors to enhance mission effectiveness across DoD logistics systems.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements engineering and management for Navy logistics enterprise systems
Execute verification and validation strategies including test planning and execution
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with government stakeholders and SMEs
