Fab Floor Trainer

The Fab Floor Trainer at JBS Omaha Beef Plant is responsible for teaching new hires in the Fabrication department how to perform their jobs, follow safety rules, and navigate the facility. This role involves mentoring multiple new employees simultaneously, demonstrating proper techniques and equipment use, and ensuring they achieve proficiency to become permanent staff. The trainer also tracks daily progress, provides PPE training, and assists with employee tours and departmental meetings.
