Fabrication Shift Leader / Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Fabrication Shift Leader / Supervisor will oversee a small second‑shift team of fabricators operating laser and plasma equipment, preparing materials for first‑shift production. This hands‑on role involves leading the crew, performing sheet‑metal fabrication and welding tasks, and transitioning to a supervisory position as the shift expands.
