Fabrication Shop Lead

The Fabrication Shop Lead is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC laser cutting, press brake, and other fabrication equipment to produce high-quality metal components. This hands-on role requires a flexible team member to support multiple areas of operation, ensure production efficiency, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. The position involves mentoring junior personnel, performing inspections, and collaborating with the team to achieve production goals.
