Fabrication Supervisor - B Shift

The Fabrication Supervisor leads the fabrication team and partners with Team Leaders to oversee day-to-day operations under the Fabrication Manager. This role involves addressing employee relations, preparing and assigning work, and ensuring quality control and inventory accuracy. The position requires resolving part shortages, maintaining standard operating procedures, and enforcing safety policies. The supervisor also troubleshoots equipment and maintains clean workstations while performing other related duties as assigned.
