Fabrication Technician/ Warehouse Associate

This role supports multiple areas of an industrial hose and gasket fabrication shop, including gasket, hose, mechanical seal, cylinder repair, and conveyor belting departments. The position involves hands-on work with tools and machines to cut, fabricate, and prepare products, as well as general shop and shipping duties. Work is performed under close supervision with an emphasis on safety, organization, and continuous improvement. The job requires regular physical activity in a warehouse or shop environment, including lifting and equipment handling.
