Fabrication Technician

The Fabrication Technician is a hands-on role focused on designing, fabricating, and installing machine guarding and custom mechanical solutions to enhance workplace safety and equipment functionality. This position requires advanced welding and fabrication skills, experience with plasma cutting and structural assembly, and the ability to engineer solutions in collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and safety teams. The role ensures adherence to OSHA/ANSI standards and supports capital improvement and retrofit projects with minimal supervision.
