Facilitator

This seasonal position is responsible for the setup, facilitation, and breakdown of high adventure activities, specifically the Challenge Course, at the Mah-Kah-Wee Program Center. The role involves ensuring participant safety, providing program opportunities to troops and groups, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Facilitators must complete mandatory training and certification to lead activities and serve as a positive role model for youth.
