The Facilities Admin Asst serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive impression for visitors, clients, and customers while performing varied administrative tasks. This role provides general administrative support to the entire business, including the Executive Team, and manages key administrative functions such as scheduling, mail distribution, and office supply management. The position also supports safety and security systems administration and assists with event coordination and metric reporting.
