Facilities Ambassador

As a Facility Ambassador at JLL, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and guests to ensure seamless daily workplace operations. The role combines hospitality excellence with operational expertise to manage facilities, coordinate third-party vendors, and oversee services according to strict service level agreements. You will act as the on-site point of contact for inquiries, emergencies, and after-hours situations while maintaining safety compliance and executing services.
