Facilities and Building Manager

The Facilities and Building Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Boho X studio, ensuring the building is safe, compliant, and well-maintained while providing a high-quality experience for employees, visitors, and partners. The role involves leading the in-house Security team, managing the Facilities Helpdesk, and overseeing facilities and security budgets. Additionally, the manager coordinates maintenance, compliance, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
