Facilities and Fleet Manager

Mainely Tubs is seeking a Facilities and Fleet Manager to oversee the safety, functionality, appearance, and cost-effective operation of the company’s facilities and vehicle fleet. This individual-contributor role involves assessing needs, managing projects and budgets, coordinating vendors, and ensuring preventive maintenance and repairs are completed properly and on time. The position requires practical knowledge to evaluate issues and oversee service providers without personally performing maintenance or repairs.
