Facilities and Grounds Director

The Facilities and Grounds Director leads maintenance and custodial operations at the C.W. Avery Family YMCA, ensuring the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing vendor contracts, and supervising cleaning and maintenance staff.
