Facilities Co-ordinator

The Facilities Co-ordinator implements and supports the MaintainX Computerized Maintenance and Management Software across all properties and maintenance teams while providing administrative support to the Property Services department. The role involves collaborating with Facility Managers to oversee multiple housing, shelter, and commercial properties, including managing vendor relations, purchasing activities, and maintaining key administrative documents. This position also requires participating in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide phone support for the department.
