This role ensures the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience while maintaining standards established by the First Presidency. The position begins as a site supervisor during construction, managing capital expenditure projects and coordinating with contractors, before transitioning to a Temple Facilities Management role upon completion. The incumbent oversees maintenance, project close-out procedures, and the performance of the facilities services team.
