Facilities Controls Engineer

The Facilities Control Engineer oversees and manages Building Management Systems (BMS) supporting critical molecular laboratories and general employee areas. The role ensures environmental conditions and regulatory compliance (GxP, CLIA, CAP) for controlled spaces while collaborating with Facilities Operations, Laboratory Operations, IT, and Quality Assurance. The position focuses on lifecycle management, optimization, and documentation of building control systems.
