About this role
The Facilities Co-ordinator at JLL supports on-site delivery of facilities operations for a high-spec client office in Amsterdam, reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager. The role is the on-site representative for client and landlord stakeholders and focuses on ensuring an excellent customer experience while managing day-to-day facilities services, maintenance, vendor coordination, purchasing, occupancy services, and helpdesk activities. It also supports finance, health & safety, and compliance processes to maintain operational standards.
