Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will support the client’s field offices by managing lease documentation, invoices, utilities, and workspace setup. This role acts as a central liaison between landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate data, compliance, and smooth operational processes. The coordinator will also handle furniture procurement, asset tracking, and coordination of utility services.
