Facilities Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract to support the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne portfolio, which includes heritage buildings, worship spaces, residential and commercial properties, education facilities and childcare centres. Reporting to the Account Director and working with the Senior Facilities Manager, the role involves coordinating contractors, handling maintenance requests, managing work orders and invoices, and providing stakeholder and administrative support.
